Every breakfast, lunch, and dinner for four days of camping — planned so you eat great, waste nothing, and spend as little time cooking as possible.
This menu is designed for a group of 2–4 people camping with a two-burner stove and a single large cooler. It’s built around a few key principles: ingredients that pull double-duty across multiple meals, proteins that start fresh and get used up before they can turn, and quick-cook meals for mornings when you’re bleary-eyed and the music starts at noon.
Each day has a rough time investment listed. Most meals are 15–25 minutes of actual cooking. The one exception is Day 1 dinner, which you mostly made at home.
