Cinnamon French Toast
A quick and easy camping meal good at breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Equipment
- 1 pan
- 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 4 thick cut bread like bricoche or country style
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
- In a bowl add cracked eggs, milk, and cinnamon and whisk.
- Place pieces of bread in the liquid and turn over to coat.
- In a pan, melt the butter and place the bread in the pan, turn and brown each side. Sprinkle with more cinnamon and top with powdered sugar or maple syrup.
